Judge Humayun Dilawar demoted to OSD for PTI Chairman’s conviction.
According to a news report, Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar, who was appointed OSD on August 5, was the judge who sentenced Chairman PTI to jail in the Tosha Khana criminal case.
Second Sessions Judge Humayun has been ordered to appear before the Islamabad High Court. The Additional Registrar has published a notification to nominate Additional Sessions Judge Humayun as OSD as per the instructions of the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court.

The Tosha Khana case was heard by Judge Humayun on the request of the Election Commission. After hearing the case for almost 8 months, Judge Humayun reprimanded the PTI Chairman and disqualified him for 5 years.
