Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf was given Permission to hold Rally

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf was allowed by the High Court to hold rally.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was allowed to hold a rally by the administration as per the order of the Islamabad High Court.

Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Aamir Farooq on March 30 heard the petition seeking permission for PTI to hold a rally in Islamabad, the court ordered the Islamabad administration to follow the stipulated conditions.

During the hearing, the Chief Justice said that the right of an assembly cannot be taken away. There is nothing wrong with that.

Advocate Sher Afzal Marwat announced that we want to hold a rally on April 6 in Islamabad in light of this. In response, the Chief Justice directed that it is only to ensure that there is no confusion.

According to Chief Justice Aamir Farooq, there should not be more extraordinary requirements than what is allowed under the normal TOR.

The public prosecutor gave a statement in the court that the tragic act of terrorism was witnessed yesterday. In response, the Chief Justice said that life goes on and we should use the same methods to destroy terrorists.

On the request of the public prosecutor, the Chief Justice said that I am not asking for your consent, I have to decide.

After this, the court ordered the state council to follow the terms and conditions and allow the rally.
