The 47 year old Legally Blonde actress and her spouse Jim Toth filed for divorce in April after nearly 12 years of marriage and having one kid together.
And now, four months later, it appears that Toth, 52, has moved on from the 47 year old Academy Award winner.
According to a source who spoke to people on Wednesday, the former CAA agent was seen in Costa Rica for a “romantic” vacation with an unknown woman.
The insider revealed that Jim was staying at the Sendero Nosara in Costa Rica with a new girlfriend.
They appeared to be staying in a suite, and they exuded great happiness while lounging and living it up. It was unquestionably romantic.
Just a few days before their 12th wedding anniversary, Jim and Reese who wed on March 26, 2011, with a prenup in place announced their divorce.
The former couple said in a joint statement that they had made the “difficult” choice to split up after “great care and consideration.”
They expressed gratitude for the “many wonderful years” they had shared and promised to continue their relationship “with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect.”
The Walk the Line actress formally filed for divorce one week later.
