Mufti Abdul Qavi is quite famous for his controversial statements and regarding Indian actress Kareena Kapoor, he has made an unexpected claim that Kareena Kapoor used to be his wife.
According to a private report, Mufti Abdulqavi said in a podcast that he married Kareena Kapoor and she is still his wife. In 1996, when the actress was between 21 and 23 years old, he got married to Kareena and this marriage lasted until 1999.
He said that at that time he was famous as Seth Shahid while Kareena was not a famous actress, so it is possible that the name Seth Shahid had an influence on him.

According to Mufti Qavi, Kareena Kapoor’s marriage to Saif Ali Khan was considered illegal by some Indians, but I considered it legitimate.
