Explosion in North Waziristan, Deaths 11 Workers

In Gulmir Kot, a militant attack claimed the deaths of eleven workers.

According to specifics, the police spokesperson stated that the bomb exploded went off in a van in North Waziristan, deaths 11 workers and injuring another two.

Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, the acting prime minister, denounced the attack in a post on social networking website X, formerly known as Twitter, on Sunday.

Truck taking employees to a construction site in Waziristan, close to the Afghan border, was destroyed when a suspected improvised explosive device detonated, according to security and police officials in the province’s northern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

They were engaged in construction work at an army station. Rehan Khattak, the deputy commissioner of North Waziristan, was quoted in Reuters as stating that an IED exploded underneath a vehicle transporting the laborers.

The explosion was not immediately attributed to any particular organization.
