Grenade Attack in Quetta, 5 People Injured

Hand grenade attack on Quetta Joint Road injures five, report confirm.

According to sources, there was a gunfight between police and unidentified criminals during which the latter used a hand grenade. A woman and two police officers were among the injured who were taken to the hospital.

At least one person was killed in an explosion on August 2 in Quetta close to Spinny Road.

The SHO of Kharotabad Police Station claims that the deceased was a terrorist who committed suicide by explosion.

At least seven persons were killed in an explosion on Monday in the Panjgur area of Balochistan, including the recently elected head of the Union Council.

The vehicle carrying Mohammad Ishaq, the Balga­tar UC chairman, and six other persons was targeted by a roadside bomb at Chakar Bazaar in the border region of Turbat and Panjgur districts while they were travelling back to their village after attending a wedding.
