KP police kill most wanted terrorist Bali Khiara in Dera Ismail Khan.
Due to his involvement in 26 acts of terrorism, Iqbal alias Bali Khiara is one of the most wanted terrorist by the KP and Punjab police. He is also a member of the DI Khan Al-Qaeda and the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Khiara faction. Iqbal is wanted for a head bounty of Rs10.5 million.
On receiving information, KP police carried out a raid in DI Khan and cornered Iqbal and his accomplice close to Fateh Morr. The terrorist was killed during the police and terrorist firefight.
The terrorist who was killed took part in several terrorist assaults, target killings, and kidnappings. The Multan police had five warrants out for his arrest.
Iqbal has been involved in a number of terrorism incidents, including a suicide bombing at the trauma centre of the District Headquarters Hospital and a terrorist attack on the Sri Lankan cricket team.
