“Half Bad” on Netflix, a fantasy by Joe Barton, captivates audiences.
Half Bad: The Bastard Son & The Devil Himself on Netflix will not be renewed for a second season. The series’ production company, Imaginarium, tweeted a confirmation of the cancellation.
Joe Barton, the series’ creator and showrunner, also expressed regret to the audience for not renewing the programmer and said that “Sadly, Netflix did indeed terminate this. I’m quite proud of it and enjoyed working on it with the folks I met. I apologize for not being able to finish the story.”

Additionally, Jay Lycurgo, who portrays Nathan in the show, tweeted that “Oh, how there was still so much to say. The end of the concert left myself, Emilien, and Nadia feeling really sad. We didn’t feel strongly about the choice.”
