Suleman Malik and Bilal Malik, twin Pakistani-Norwegian siblings, and their Thai-Norwegian childhood buddy Nasir Sirikhan founded Quick Style in 2006. They had an early interest in music and dance and began taking dance courses at X-Ray, an Oslo youth club.

Ibrar Malik, the twins’ elder brother, joined the squad as manager in early 2007. They began to compete in and win local and national dance battles and competitions.

They began representing Norway in international dance events hosted by the International Dance Organization / IDO in 2008. The twins competed in the IDO Hip Hop World Championship in Bremen, Germany, the same year. Both brothers participated in the adult male solo division and advanced to the finals. They also participated as a couple and won first place, becoming them World Champions for the first time.

In 2009, the whole crew competed in the IDO European and World Championship events as solo and the twins as duo, and the twins finished second and third, respectively, while Suleman finished second as male solo.
