Makkah and Medina jobs open for men and women, Saudi Ministry of Hajj.
The Saudi unified job portal Jadarat will accept applications from potential candidates beginning this Wednesday for a period of five days, according to the government.
Candidates that must submit applications include engineers holding the roles of assistant project manager and industrial assistant as well as cybersecurity, data protection, and information technology professionals.
Researchers can apply for jobs as legal assistants, training assistants, cyber security assistants, security and safety specialists, data analysts, and software engineers, among other positions.
There was no breakdown of the number of applicants for each position.
Millions of Muslims travel to Saudi Arabia, the country that gave rise to Islam, each year to attend the Hajj and Umrah, or lesser pilgrimages.
After the Hajj, which had the first attendance of 1.8 million Muslims in three years after restrictions related to the virus were loosened, ended, the new Umrah season began in Saudi Arabia a month ago.
Saudi Arabia anticipates that approximately 10 million Muslims will conduct Umrah during this time.
