Shaheen weds Ansha in Karachi, receiving congratulations from Haris.
Haris said in a social media-famous video message that he won’t be unable to attend the wedding because of a work commitment.
The right-arm pacer continued by saying that when he goes home, they will celebrate the wedding during the next Pakistan Super League (PSL).
This week, it was announced that Shaheen Shah Afridi had travelled to Karachi to marry Ansha Afridi, the second-eldest child of the late captain Shahid Afridi.
Today is the speed spearhead and Ansha’s nikkah, and former and current cricket players as well as other dignitaries are anticipated to be present.
Ansha Afridi is reportedly pursuing a career as a doctor, and the final wedding festivities will take place when she graduates.
It’s important to remember that the date for the couple’s nikkah was confirmed by the former cricketer and interim Chief Selector last December.
When asked about his marriage, the famous pacer replied that he had always wanted to wed Ansha and was thankful that, by God’s help, his wish had come true.
Shaheen had no relationship with his daughter before to the engagement, according to Shahid Afridi, but it was approved because he is also an Afridi tribal member.
