Swat and Certain Areas of KP Experienced Earthquake Shocks

SWAT, Tremors from an earthquake jolted Swat and its surrounding area.

The Richter scale magnitude of the earthquake was recorded as 4.4. According to the National Seismic Monitoring Centre, the quake occurred at a depth of 203 kilometers, with the epicenter near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.

There have been no reported casualties.

The tremors caused panic among the residents, who fled their homes.
