UAE Astronaut Shares Beautiful Video of Makkah, Madina from Space

Sultan Al Neyadi shared a stunning video of Makkah, Madina and Jeddah.

Since he blasted off to space in March. Sultan Al Neyadi has been sharing incredible pictures of Makkah, Madina from the International Space Station (ISS) on his Twitter account.

“Dedication to the country of the Two Holy Mosques, the landing place of revelation, and the land of the message, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” AlNeyadi stated in his most recent tweet.

The Emirati astronaut tweeted the footage from the space lab with the caption, “This is Madina, the city to which Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his beloved people immigrated,” according to Khaleej Times.

The video shows a clear view of the city’s numerous highways and sparkling lights.

AlNeyadi shifts the camera to the second city and explains, “This is the city of Jeddah, frequently referred to as the Bride of the Red Sea.”

He then moves the camera to reveal Makkah’s sacred spot. “… the holy city of Makkah, where the Prophet (PBUH) planted the seeds of Islam.”

AlNeyadi then draws attention to the light coming from the Masjid Al Haram, which is so stunning that it can be seen from space.

He describes it as one of the most magnificent views he has ever seen, adding that they are glowing like stars.
