Abhishek Bachchan discuss possibility of Dhoom 4 in recent interview.
After playing unconventional parts in Dasvi and Bob Biswas, Abhishek stated in an interview that he wanted to return to action films. He discussed the likelihood of a further Dhoom 4 sequel while expressing his heartfelt thoughts.
In an interview with India Today, the Housefull 3 actor said: “I would love [to do an action film]. The last two years have been extremely busy by coincidence. In the previous two years, I made maybe 5 or 6 films.
In the interview, Abhishek responded that there hasn’t been anything of the sort regarding Dhoom 4 up to this point.
Aditya Chopra would have told him if he had made any plans regarding it. On the next movie, the actor made neither positive or negative statements.
Not that I am aware of. Adi Chopra would have informed us if “Dhoom 4″ was in the works. I can’t confirm or reject it, but I’m very confident I would have been informed if he was producing one,” he said.
There were allegations that Yash Raj Films intended to revive the Dhoom franchise with Akshay Kumar playing the lead role and John Abraham playing a villain at the beginning of 2023, shortly after the success of Pathaan. However, according to India Today, YRF shot down all the rumours.
Nothing is going to happen soon, according to Abhishek Bachchan’s statement.
