Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has appointed the Chief Selector’s Selection Panel.

PCB handed responsibilities to former players. Chief selector Wahab Riaz has selected three new consultant members including former Pakistan cricketer Salman Butt, Rao Iftikhar Anjum, and Kamran Akmal.

According to the Pakistan Cricket Board, the consultant members of the selectors will have additional duties in the skills camp.

According to PCB, the three former cricketers will take over immediately. His first assignments as consultant members of the chief selector included the five-match T20I series against New Zealand.

The T20 series between Pakistan and New Zealand will start from January 12, 2024 after the Test tour of Australia ends.
