According to the report of a foreign news agency, everything in twelve eastern states of the United States was covered with a white sheet due to the stormy snowfall. Houses, vehicles, roads are all covered with snow.
Due to heavy snowfall, citizens were confined to their homes, while in Florida, tornadoes wreaked havoc everywhere.
Trees were uprooted by strong winds, while cars, houses and electric poles were also severely damaged.
According to authorities and local media reports, 3 people lost their lives in different accidents in Florida.
The state has declared a state of emergency in Florida following a major storm.
The US Meteorological Department says more rain is likely in the eastern regions and more snow in some parts of the northwest.
