Mitchell Starc and Alyssa Haley sold the home at a discount, the home was set at $9 million but sold for $8.5 million.
The five-bedroom designer home the couple bought for $5.5 million in 2016 failed to sell at auction last November, according to Australian media.
Former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins and her husband Jake Wall had the house built by the renowned architect.
