A week after its global premiere, Pakistani heartthrob actor Imran Abbas’ debut Punjabi film ‘Jee Ve Sohneya Jee’ has been certified for theatrical release in Pakistan.
According to sources, the Punjabi romantic Movie ‘Jee Ve Sohneya Jee’, starring Imran Abbas, has been allowed for released in Pakistani cinemas.
The lead actor revealed in his Instagram story that the film will open in theaters on Friday, February 23.
“Finally releasing in Pakistan,” he wrote with the film’s poster on Thursday night.
The ‘Amanat’ actor plays Ali/Sarabjeet in the project, which has received widespread praise and admiration from moviegoers worldwide.
Abbas appears alongside Indian Punjabi film sensation Simi Chahal in his much-anticipated cinematic return, eight years after his last cross-border cooperation, while Pakistani actor Anam Tanveer also plays a key role in the title.
Furthermore, Pakistan’s famed Singer Atif Aslam contributed vocals to the film’s title track, which served as a nostalgic salute to the old-school romanticism of Punjabi films.
In addition to the leading trio, Deepak Thapar romantic movie features Mintu Kapa, Udaya Vakati, Brian Shaw, Aman Bal, and Swaraj Sandhu.
