The Peshawar police torture the citizen with a hockey stick due to which the video of the injured citizen went viral on social media. SSP operations took notice of the incident.
According to the report of private TV, this sad incident took place in Hayatabad area of Peshawar. In the viral video of the incident, the policeman is hitting the citizen with a hockey stick who is not saved by anyone.
Defending his police officer, SP Cantt Peshawar Waqas Rafiq says that the accused entered the house with the intention of robbery, on which the lady of the house called the police.
SP Cantt stated that the police arrived at the house, arrested the accused, who also has involvement in the murder of a security guard a few days ago. Authorities have registered several cases against the accused.
However, SP Kent did not explain who gave Peshawar police the right to beat him with hockey instead of arresting and investigating the accused. Taking notice of the incident, SSP Operations has ordered an investigation.
