England Players Trust on The Security Recommendations Ben Stokes

Ben Stokes confirm England testing in Rawalpindi, Multan, and Karachi.

England captain Ben Stokes called the attack on former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan last week a “shock” but added that the squad trusts the direction of security chief Reg Dickason before the three-test series in Pakistan that will start next month.

Former cricketer and prime minister Khan, who was ousted in April, was shot in the leg six days into a protest procession headed toward Islamabad.

Upcoming Test Matches of ENG And PAK

In December, test matches between England and Pakistan are scheduled for Rawalpindi, Multan, and Karachi. However, bowler Mark Wood voiced reluctance to travel to Pakistan following the incident.

Naturally, what happened there last week was a little frightening to witness, but Reg Dickason has been there, Stokes informed the media.

Reg Dickason is Trusted By England Players

He’s the best person, in my opinion, to analyze the problem… Reg is a man you can trust with your life, therefore the players and the others traveling with him will completely believe anything he says.

A scheduled white-ball tour of Pakistan in September of last year was postponed by both England and New Zealand because to security concerns.

Since an attack by Islamist extremists on the Sri Lankan team bus in Lahore in 2009 that killed six policemen and two civilians, international teams have largely avoided Pakistan.
