A day before the elections, there have been blasts in the Balochistan.
Pishin, Qila Saifullah: A day before the general elections, there have been blasts in 2 districts of Balochistan as a result of which a total of 24 people have lost their lives.
The first blast took place in Khanuzai area of Pishin district of Balochistan in which 12 people were killed while the second blast took place outside the JUI(F) office in Qila Saifullah in which 12 people were killed.

After the explosion in Khanuzai, motorcycles parked in the area were destroyed and as a result of the explosion, many people were injured while 12 people were confirmed dead.
The police say that as soon as the explosion was reported, a heavy police force reached the area and the injured have been shifted to the hospital.
The Medical Superintendent of Khanuzai Hospital has confirmed that 12 people have died, more than 30 injured have been brought to the hospital, most of them are in critical condition.
The explosion took place outside the office of the candidate and former minister Isfandyar Kakar, fortunately he was not present in the office. At the time of the explosion, a large number of people had gathered in the area, while the offices of other political parties were also there.
Former minister Asfandyar Khattak belongs to a political party, but this time he is contesting as an independent candidate after not getting a ticket.

Caretaker Interior Minister Balochistan Mir Zubair Jamali while taking notice of the suicide blast in Pishin PB 47 expressed regret for the loss of precious lives in the incident and asked for a report of the incident from the Deputy Commissioner.
Mir Zubair Jamali says that the determination against terrorism will not be shaken by cowardly actions, the enemy is trying to create instability in the country, unity and agreement will defeat the enemy’s plot.
He further said that the electoral process will not be affected by such an attack, praying for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs, speedy and complete recovery of the injured.
Qila Saifullah Blast
A second explosion took place in Qila Saifullah district of Balochistan, where 12 people were killed as a result of the explosion outside the office of JUI (F), while 17 people were injured as a result of the blast.
After the explosion, the motorcycles and vehicles in the area caught fire. As soon as the explosion was reported, the rescue personnel reached the spot and shifted the injured to the hospital while the fire brigade personnel also reached the spot.
According to Balochistan caretaker information minister Jan Achakzai, the JUI candidate Maulana Abdul Wasi was safe as a result of the explosion in Saifullah Fort.
Maulana Abdul Wasi, a JUI(F) candidate, is running from Qila Saifullah Constituency NA 251.
