Peshawar High Court has approved the bail of KPK CM Ali Amin Gandapur.
Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court, Justice Ibrahim Khan, heard the petition filed regarding Ali Amin Gandapur transit bail, during which the nominated Chief Minister himself appeared in the court.
During the hearing, the Chief Justice remarked that this FIR looks very old, on which the lawyer said that we had no information about this FIR.
The Chief Justice inquired whether Ali Amin is on bail in other cases. On which the lawyer said that Ali Amin has got bail in 26 cases. Later, the High Court granted bail to Ali Amin on a surety of Rs one lakh.

Speaking on the occasion of appearance in the court, Ali Amin said that our legal committee has been formed, it is judicially in touch with the political parties and is doing its work, whatever decision the committee will take, founder PTI. With permission, that will be our decision.
He said that I say Sada Haq Ethe Rakh, we will get all the rights of our province, it is a separate thing that we know that Pakistan has economic problems, there are several hundreds of billions that we have to give but This is not a charity but it is our right.
He said that we can give them relief that they should not give money together because the economic conditions are not good, Pakistan is also ours, we will focus most on peace and stability, inflation, unemployment and the conditions of the economy for two years.
They are challenges for us, we will work on them. He once again vowed that we will restore health cards, anchorages and shelters.
