Arooj Aftab, Pakistani at Coachella, gains notoriety in American art.
Coachella continues the pattern by including Ali Sethi, another performer from Pakistan, in its list this year.
The official Coachella itinerary was published on Instagram by Sethi on Tuesday. He wrote, “AAJAAO SAARAY [come everyone].” Coachella’s pre-sale starts on January 13 at 11 a.m. Visit coachella.com right away and register.
On April 16 and 23, he will perform on the third stage. According to Sethi’s list,
Bad Bunny, Gorillaz, Burna Boy, Chemical Brothers, Kaytranada, Blondie, Becky G, Metro Boomin, FKJ, Pusha T, Toba Nwigwe, Wet Leg, SG Lewis, Yves Tumor, Testpilot, Angele, MUNA, Maceo Plex, TRwo Friends, Yungblud, Jamie Jones, Ashnikko, Malaa, TV Girl, Whyte Fang, Doechii, Benee, Idris Elba, Mangdalena Bay, Saba, Dennis Cruz Pawsa, Soul Glo, Lava La Rue, Sleaford Mods, Comet, Comet is COming, Oliver Koletzki, Kyle Watson, The Murder Capital, Chris Stussy, Jupiter & Okwess, Lewis OiMan, Juliet Mendoza and Desert Cahuilla Bird Singers will perform on April 14 and 21.
Sofi Tukker and a host of other performers who will play on April 15 and April 22 are featured on the second day.
On April 16, Frank Ocean will serve as the event’s headlining act for the third day.
Other performers include Björk, Kali Uchis, Porter Robinson, Fisher, Chris Lake, A Boogie, Dominic Fike, Jai Paul, Jackson Wang, Latto, The Blaze, Willow, GloRilla, Jai Wolf, Boris Brejcha, 2manydjs, Christine and the Queens, Rae Srenmurd, Weyes Blood, Alex G, DPR Live.
