FBR sets dollar limit for foreign travelers due to currency scarcity.
According to the FBR, Sets Dollar Limit on Passengers because to a paucity of dollars in the country, more than $30,000 per year is prohibited from being moved overseas. Those travelling to Afghanistan will only be permitted $30,000 per year.
The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) also stated that those over the age of 18 might carry Dollar up to $5,000 each international visit, while those under the age of 18 could take up to $2,000 for foreign visits. The letter also noted that persons under the age of 18 will be able to carry $15,000 each year, while those over the age of 18 will be allowed to carry $30,000 per year.
The FBR also stated in its notification that visitors to Afghanistan will be limited to carrying $1,000 every visit and will not be permitted to carry more than $6,000 per year. Those travelling overseas must declare whether they are carrying gold, jewelry, or precious metals, and those returning must declare whether they are bringing $10,000 or more. Notification.
