ISLAMABAD: The federal government announced new Office Timings for public on Monday for the upcoming holy month of Ramadan, which starts this week.
According to a statement from the Establishment Division, the federal government’s public Office Timings will be open from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Thursday.
Also, federal government-controlled public offices would be open on Fridays from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm.
The crescent for Ramadan 2023 is expected to be seen on the evening of March 22. This prediction was made by the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).
The Climate Data Processing Center of the Met department provided the update. This indicates that in Pakistan, the first of Ramadan will most likely happen on Thursday, March 23.
The weather is anticipated to be pleasant and partly overcast throughout the Ramadan moon sighting period in most areas of the nation, According to the climate record.
The month of Ramadan is observed yearly by Muslims in Pakistan and the rest of the world. Muslims fast from sunrise till dark for the entirety of this holy month, which is the longest in the Islamic calendar.
