Gal Gadot dazzles at Barbie premiere in Los Angeles with red carpet.
Despite walking the red carpet alone at the premiere, which took place at the Shrine Auditorium in downtown Los Angeles, Gal Gadot, 38-year-old beauty of Israeli descent, seemed upbeat.
Ironically, Margot Robbie, who plays Barbie, stated just over a month ago that Gal Gadot was the original option to represent the famous Mattel doll in this film.
For the occasion, Gadot appeared in a gorgeous brown sleeveless dress with white vertical pinstripes that fashioned themselves into an intricate bow.
She wore gold hoops earrings and a distinctive cream-colored handbag as she accessorized her dark hair, which was pulled back into a ponytail.
Back in late May, Barbie actor Margot Robbie confessed she and director Greta Gerwig initially considered Gadot to play the iconic role. Robbie had been attached as a producer before she joined the cast as a star.
