Govt Reduce Petroleum Prices by Rs 10 Per Liter

Federal Govt announced a reduction in all petroleum product prices.

Ishaq Dar, the finance minister, made the cost of petroleum announcement during a news conference. High-speed diesel (HSD) has seen a price fall of Rs. 7.50 per litre while the cost of gasoline has been reduced by Rs. 10.

The petrol price has been reduced to Rs. 214.80 per litre, while the cost of HSD has been reduced to Rs. 227.80 per litre.

Additionally, the government has reduced the cost of kerosene and light diesel oil (LDO) by Rs. 10 per litre. As a result of the price reduction, LDO will now cost Rs. 169 per litre, while kerosene oil will cost Rs. 171.83 per litre. The revised pricing will be in effect starting at Midnight and will be valid for the next two weeks.

At the most recent weekly review, the government lowered the costs of light diesel oil (LDO) and kerosene. The past four weekly evaluations, however, did not affect the cost of gasoline and diesel.
