Pakistan military reply against Indian drone breach; sources confirm.
According to military sources, Indian forces opened fire on Pakistani installations on the working boundary near Sialkot on Thursday.
Although there was no official confirmation from Inter-Services Public Relations or local law enforcement agencies, reports from locals on social media indicated that several gunmen were killed in the Zafarwal region along the border with India. Heavy and artillery shelling was heard at places.
However, to cover up the failed infiltration attempt, Indian forces fired indiscriminately at Pakistani posts along the operational boundary.
Sources say that the Pakistani forces gave a “brutal response” to the Indian aggression.
Several Pakistani users on X (formerly Twitter) posted videos of heavy gunfire and artillery fire late at night, but these could not be independently verified.
