On August 4th, the science fiction classic “Koi Mil Gaya” from Bollywood will be re-released in theatres to mark its 20th anniversary.
Koi Mil Gaya which was released in 2003, featured Preity Zinta and Hritik Roshan playing important parts. On August 8, 2003, 450 screens showed the film in theatres for the first time.
Rakesh Roshan directed Koi Mil Gaya, which told the tale of a young boy named Rohit (Hritik Roshan), who develops delays and falls in love with Nisha (Zinta). At the same time, he makes friends with Jadoo, a cute alien.
In the next film, Krrish (2006), Hrithik Roshan’s son Krrish (Hrithik Roshan) receives the alien’s powers, which he later passes on to Rohit. A stronger villain named Kaal (Vivek Oberoi) was faced by Krrish in the sequel, Krrish 3, which was released in 2013.
A number of classic Bollywood films, such as Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995), Gadar. Ek Prem Katha (2002), and Jab We Met (2007), made a reappearance to theatres.
