Jibran Nasir, Mansha Pasha get notice from Interior Secretary and FIA.
The High Court heard the arguments on the plea to stop the social activist and well-known lawyer jibran Nasir and his wife actress Mansha Pasha from going abroad.
According to the petitioner’s counsel, Jibran Nasir was going to Eid celebrate with his family on June 27, 2023. When Jibran Nasir and his wife reached the immigration desk, the FIA officials stamped them and sent them back.

When questioned, the policeman on duty replied, We have been told not to let you people go. Then, our belongings were also unloaded. On June 1, ten to fifteen unknown persons abducted prominent lawyer jibran Nasir. Although the police have classified the case as Class A, the incident was reported to the Clifton police station.
The lawyer who filed the case demanded that the FIA officials be investigated and that the ban on Jibran Nasir and his wife from leaving their home be declared illegal.
The court issued notices to the Home Secretary and FIA representatives and sought their reply by August 17.
