Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach quietly welcome second child, baby boy.
Rohmer, another son of Noah Baumbach from a previous marriage, is 13 years old. Along with Harold, a 4 year old, the couple also had a newborn.
In a recent interview where she was talking about the birth of her second kid, Greta Gerwig reminisced on her life’s journey.
In an interview with Elle UK regarding Greta Gerwig personal and professional path, the filmmaker stated, “I am about to be 40,” adding that at that age, you realize things like, “Oh! I have reached true middle age. Life in general feels really engaged.
Greta shared a picture of her son with the caption, “He’s a little Schmoo,” as she gushed over her child.
She said, “I don’t know if the picture captures the energy accurately, but it’s definitely his energy.”
She admitted that although the infant slept through the night, she continued to hover, getting up every hour to 90 minutes.
She stated, “I am in a bit of a twilight state as I just want to keep looking at baby.”
The director revealed she was expecting in December 2022, and this interview is the first time she has spoken about having a second child.
