In China, Haider Ali wins the gold medal in the Asian Para Games.
At the Asian Para Games, national athlete Haider Ali won the gold medal in the men’s discus throw competition with a throw of 51.23 meters. Haider Ali earned the gold medal for Pakistan in the Paralympics in 2021, even sooner.

It should be mentioned that the Asian Para Games are now taking place in Hangzhou, China. The Asian Games will run till October 28 and feature 11 competitors from Pakistan.
The athlete beat the 39-meter minimum entrance requirement for the Paralympics in Paris in 2024.
Remarkably, he surpassed this standard with all six of his throws during the competition. It’s not the first time Haider Ali has made Pakistan proud.
By taking home the first-ever gold medal for Pakistan in the Discus Throw event at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics, he created history.
His skills go beyond the Discus Throw; at the 2008 and 2016 Paralympics, he won silver and bronze in the Long Jump competition, respectively.
Haider has demonstrated his remarkable skills in a variety of sports at the Asian Para Games, including the 100-meter, long-jump, javelin throw, and discus throw, winning a total of six medals.
