Pakistan’s 1st Teenage Tennis Star Becomes Adidas Brand Ambassador

Teen tennis prodigy Haniya named Adidas brand ambassador in Pakistan.

The 12-year-old is Pakistan’s youngest and the nation’s first teen athlete to accomplish this historic feat. Haniya is a part of only a handful of Pakistani athletes to serve as the brand ambassadors of Adidas.

Hasan Ali, a member of Pakistan’s national cricket team, had previously agreed to a shoe contract with the firm, and there were rumors that Adidas was also interested in signing Azhar Ali and Wahab Riaz to become its brand ambassador from Pakistan, but no concrete reports emerged regarding the two cricketers.

Haniya is one of just a few Pakistani sportsmen that represents Adidas as a brand ambassador.

Naltar will host the opening round of the Gilgit Baltistan National Ice Sports Championship.

The Bilquis and Abdul Razak Dawood (BARD) Foundation has supported Haniya since she was nine years old.

The company was founded by Abdul Razak Dawood. Haniya, who was raised in Karachi, most recently took home multiple titles at the Little Mo Internationals in New York, which boosted her notoriety and Haniya won the singles, doubles, and mixed-doubles titles, giving her a total of three victories in the competition, then she went on to create history as she became the first Pakistani star to win a bronze medal at the prestigious Orange Bowl Tennis Championship
