The accountability court suspended the permanent arrest warrants of Hasan and Hussain Nawaz in NAB references.
Judge Nasir Javed Rana of the Islamabad Accountability Court delivered the reserved verdict. Qazi Misbah-ul-Hasan and Rana Irfan, the attorneys for Hassan and Hussain Nawaz, were present in court this time.

According to Qazi Misbah, on March 12th, Hassan and Hussain Nawaz wish to visit Pakistan. The NAB prosecutor stated in court that in order to suspend the arrest warrant, the accused must appear.
While announcing the reserved ruling yesterday, the court also postponed the perpetual arrest orders for Hasan and Hussain Nawaz till March 14.
Hassan and Hussain Nawaz filed petitions in Avenfield, Flagship, and Al-Azizia references, seeking the suspension of arrest warrants.
Seven years prior, the accountability court had ruled that the two defendants were advertising in these references.
