Petrol Prices Likely to Decrease in Pakistan

Petrol prices in Pakistan will likely decrease by Rs 5 from May 1st.

According to the report after the prices of Brent crude reduction, the cost of petrol is likely to decrease by Rs 5 and the price of diesel by Rs 8 per liter.

According to the news, The price review of petroleum products by the federal government for May 1 to 15, 2024 will increase the price of petrol by Rs. 5 per liter and the price of high-speed diesel by Rs. 8 per liter decrease is expected.

The government may reduce the price of petrol by around Rs 5 per liter from Rs 293.94 to Rs 288 per liter on May 1 at noon tonight.

Diesel price may decrease by Rs 8 per liter from Rs 290.38 to Rs 282.38.

The price of kerosene oil is likely to decrease by Rs 8.03 paise and the price of light diesel oil by Rs 5.37 paise per liter.

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) will send its recommendations regarding the prices of petroleum products to the Finance Division today.

Fuel prices would be Rs 289.06 per liter instead of Rs 293.94 and high-speed diesel prices will likely drop from Rs 290.38 per liter to Rs 283.01 per liter if the price decrease is implemented by the previously stated statistics.
