PSL 8: Muhammad Amir of the Karachi Kings is Ruled Out with an Injury

Muhammad Amir, Karachi Kings’ pacer, sidelined due to groyne injury.

Mohammad Amir, a bowler for the Pakistan national cricket team, was born on April 13, 1992, in Pakistan. He bats left-handedly and bowls medium-fast with his left arm.

At the age of 17, Amir made his first-class debut in November 2008 and his debuts in One-Day Internationals and Tests in Sri Lanka in July 2009. He participated in his maiden international game at the 2009 ICC World Twenty20, which helped his country’s team win the competition.

Which appears to be a huge setback for the team. The left-arm pacer Muhammad Amir might not play when the Kings face the Multan Sultans on Wednesday, February 22, or when they play the Sultans again on Sunday, February 26.

Amir will continue his rehabilitation efforts and rejoin the team once he is recover. The HBL PSL 8 injury list is becoming longer after Karachi Kings pacer Mir Hamza just declared ineligible for the remainder of the competition.

The left-arm pacer suffered a finger fracture on Tuesday against Peshawar Zalmi in Karachi’s opening game. Akif Javed, another left-arm pacer, took his spot.

After losing their first three games in a row, Kings finally earned their first victory of the year on Sunday against Lahore Qalandars.
