Afnanullah and Sher Afzal Marwat participated in a talk show of a private TV channel. When questioned by the host, Afnanullah used some derogatory language to describe the former Prime Minister and Chairman of PTI.
At first, Sher Afzal Marwat kept listening to the indecent talk about Chairman PTI, but then he suddenly got angry and slapped Afnanullah Khan. After which the matter went to hand-to-hand.
The video of the fight in the talk show has not been released yet, but pictures of the two leaders grappling have gone viral on social media.

In this regard, Senator Afnanullah Khan also uploaded a video to the social networking website X, showing PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat leaving the program after the altercation.
