There is a possibility of rain with thunder and light snowfall in the hilly areas of the country including Islamabad, Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Upper Punjab.
According to the Department of Meteorology, today the weather is dry in most parts of the country, there is a possibility of rain with thunder in Murree, Galiat and surrounding areas.

There is a possibility of rain with thunder in and around Islamabad, Zhob, Musa Khel, Chaman Ziarat and Quetta are also predicted to rain with thunder.
Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Lahore, Gujranwala, Bhakkar, Leh, Nurpur Thal are likely to experience thundershowers.
Rain is also likely in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Haripur, Kohistan, Shangla, Buner, Bajaur, Kirk, Khyber, Peshawar, Charsadda, Nowshera, Swabi, Mardan, Kurram, Kohat, Waziristan and Bannu.
The meteorological department has predicted rain in some areas of Gilgit Baltistan, Azad Kashmir and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
