The Indian citizen argued in the petition that Ranbir Kapoor and his family are intentionally insulting the Hindu religion by consuming intoxicating liquor on the occasion of a non-Hindu religious festival.
He claimed that his religious sentiments were deeply hurt by chanting ‘Jai Mata Di’ after setting the cake on fire, an FIR has not been registered yet.
