Samsung introduced call recording feature through software updates.
South Korean multinational smartphone maker Samsung has introduced the call recording feature in other Galaxy phones including the Galaxy Samsung S24 through a software update.
Various companies have previously offered the call recording feature, leading to criticism of these companies.
Samsung has introduced the Voice over Wi-Fi call recording features in its updated software, OneUI 6.1.
Under this feature, the user can record the call only when their mobile is connected to the fastest Wi-Fi.
Under the mentioned feature, users of new Galaxy phones including Galaxy S24 will be able to record their voice and video calls.
However, they will have to go to the phone settings and make changes to record the calls.
Samsung has also faced criticism for introducing a call recording features, as many believe it is unethical and illegal to record someone’s video or audio call without their consent.
It’s thought that by releasing the mentioned feature, Samsung may potentially be subject to legal action in a number of nations.
