Shahbaz Sharif set for Prime Minister, Zardari poised for President.
Things are settled, Shahbaz Sharif will become the Prime Minister and Asif Ali Zardari will become the President.
Matters were settled between PML-N and People’s Party for reconciliation, PPP will support PML-N while PML-N will support PPP for the presidency.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, while addressing the press conference in Islamabad after the final negotiations regarding government formation, said that People’s Party and PML-N have completed their numbers for government formation.
Earlier, a meeting was held between the leaders of the two parties in Islamabad, in which there was a lengthy discussion on issues related to government formation.
Bilawal Bhutto, Shahbaz Sharif, Ishaq Dar, former Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, Qamar Zaman Kaira and Ahsan Iqbal were also present in the meeting.
Bilawal Bhutto said that matters have been settled between the two parties, Asif Ali Zardari will be the joint candidate for the presidency while Shahbaz Sharif will be the joint candidate for the Prime Ministership.
