Director Farhan Akhtar confirms that Shah Rukh Khan won’t be in Don 3.
Farhan Akhtar while announcing Don film on Twitter said that like Amitabh Bachchan was carrying forward the legacy of Don movie, Shah Rukh Khan was carrying this movie forward but now it is time to take it forward.
Don, a remake of the 1978 classic starring Amitabh Bachchan, was released in 2006 starring Shah Rukh Khan and Farhan Akhtar.

After the release of Don 2, director Farhan Akhtar has unveiled plans for Don 3, which will star Ranveer Singh in the lead role.
Shah Rukh Khan’s fans were worried about this news and did not want Ranveer Singh to play the role of Don. And people said that because of Shah Rukh Khan’s departure, the Don series lost its importance.
