Sindh announces that students will promoted without exams in year 2024.
The Sindh School Education and Literacy Department approved the new academic year 2024 timetable on Thursday and announced the promotion of students without exams this year.
According to the statement, the government has decided to promote students in grades I through III without exams, while exams for grades IV through VIII would be held after Eid.
Exams for grades 4 through 8 will be held from April 15 to April 27, while board exams for grades 9 and 10 will take place in May.

According to a letter published by the provincial government on Thursday, the next academic year 2024-25 will begin on August 1, 2024, rather than April 1, 2024.
However, the summer holiday in the institutions for the academic session 2024-25 will begin on June 1, 2024, and will end on July 31, 2024, while the winter vacation will begin on December 21, 2024, and end on December 31, 2024.
