UK PM & US President to discuss AI Security technology on Thursday.
The UK Government announced Britain will hold a global summit on the world’s first AI security later this year.
The British Government stated in a statement that the summit will explore how the hazards of AI, including border systems, might be reduced by globally coordinated action. The event was not given a date.
According to British and US sources, Biden and Sunak will attempt to coordinate their approaches on crucial and emerging technologies in an effort to bolster their economic security when they meet on Thursday for the fourth time in as many months.
The British government claimed that US technology giant Palantir Technologies, which already employs over 800 people in the country, will separately announce intentions to establish the UK as its new European home for AI development.
