Emirates debuts ‘Sara,’ Dubai’s inaugural robotic check-in at airport.
Travelers from many nations will be able to use the Robotic Check-in System. Because it will speak at least six languages.
According to Ade Redha, a spokes person for Emirates, Sara will help travellers with everything from check-in to hotel reservations.
He added that although traveller needs are always expanding, airport conditions remain unchanged. Emirates expects that Sara will help it better serve its clients by utilising technology.
Emirates and its partners worked together to create the check-in system. It will be made nearby. Over the next two years, more than 200 of these systems will be operational in Dubai Airports, According to Redha.
This technology will be introduced, which will further the digitization of air travel. In order to avoid physical contact and offer a frictionless travel experience, the pandemic has forced airlines and airports to consider cutting-edge solutions.
