Govt hikes petrol price by Rs 19.95 & high-speed diesel by Rs 19.90.
The government has raises the price of petrol by Rs. 19.95 and high-speed diesel by Rs. 19.90.
Additionally, a notice raising the cost of petroleum goods has been released.
Finance Minister Ishaq Dar while addressing a press conference in Islamabad said that oil prices have increased in the international market in recent days.
Ishaq Dar said that the Prime Minister had said that we should work in the best interest of the people and we have promised the IMF for petroleum levy.
According to the finance minister, the minimum prices are being increased and the new prices of petroleum products will be implemented immediately.
