Scotland: 34 sets of twins entering primary school, 2-highest, 2015.
The 17 twins will enrolled in St. Patrick’s Primary School in Enverclyde, Scotland, according to media sources. The numbers show that in 2015, total of 19 couples, or 38 children, started primary school together, setting a new record.
All of the students, including the 38 twins who started in 2015, gathered for a dress rehearsal before starting school.
In Enverclyde, 147 sets of twins have started attending primary schools since 2013.
Graeme Brooks, senior academy administrator for Enverclyde Council, said: “As Enverclyde has become an annual tradition, we welcome our twins to Primary.”
