Wear a police uniform, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz participated in a police passing-out parade in Lahore on Thursday.
A guard of honor was given to Maryam Nawaz, who also gave prizes to the Police Training College’s best graduates. She inspected the procession as the main guest.

The chief minister of Punjab stressed in her statement at the function that her government wants to see more women serving as police officers.
“Wearing the police uniform made me realize the weight of this significant responsibility,” she said.
She gave the women in uniform credit and said she hoped they would successfully serve the public interest.
Maryam Nawaz emphasized the value of the rule of law, saying that society cannot function without it. IG Punjab Usman Anwar was present at the ceremony with the chief minister of Punjab.
