The homes of Sindh province will be giving a complete solar system for 7000.
The Sindh government has announced to giving a complete solar system to the people for 7000 rupees with the support of the World Bank, 6 thousand 656 solar systems will be installed in each district.
2 thousand houses of the province will be given complete solar system for 7 thousand rupees, including 50 thousand houses of Karachi. A fan and three LED lights can be switched on with the proposed solar system.

According to the director of Sindh Solar Energy, six thousand 656 solar systems will be installed in every district of the province. The project is expected to start in October.
Once the system is ordered, deliveries of the solar panels, charge controller and battery will begin in October.

The initiative has received $32 million from the World Bank, and more funds may be made available. It should be noted that Sindh is currently generating 400 MW of electricity through solar energy and more production is expected after the work on this project starts.
