Asia Cup Super 4 Matches Relocated in Hambantota

Due to extended rain forecast, Asia Cup matches moved to Hambantota.

If India defeats Nepal on Monday, the Super Four matches will be played in Hambantota.

The choice was made after carefully examining the weather outlook and the potential for rain to interfere with the matches.

A reserve day is also being thought about for the India-Pakistan encounter because their group-stage match was called off before the second innings was even bowled.

The ACC was informed of the concerns raised by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), and provided assurances of proper cooperation.

For the next 15 days, Colombo is likely to experience thundery showers, according to the BBC Weather forecast.

It should be mentioned that the ACC is already facing harsh criticism for scheduling Asia Cup games in Sri Lanka despite the fact that the country experiences constant rain at this time of year.
